Travelers Insurance Pirates and Profiteers
Don’t allow yourself to believe for a minute that Worker’s Compensation Insurance protects the injured worker in any way shape or form. Worker’s Compensation Insurance protects the employer by bullying the injured worker.
I was injured on the job in 2000. Travelers Insurance was the carrier of Worker’s Compensation Insurance for the company.
Eight years later, I live in pain and disgrace every day, without means to support myself or my family.
Travelers Insurance refused my claim.
The evil little man , Paul Kafoury, Attorney for Travelers Insurance twisted everything I said.
At the Appeal I walked in only to witness Paul Kafoury chatting baseball with the board. They hushed when they saw me but I knew that they were fast friends and that they were partial to their insurance buddies . They treated me like a criminal on trial instead of protecting me.
I was completely caught off guard as well as angry because I was foolish enough to actually believe that Worker’s Compensation Insurance protected me.
When I hired a lawyer it immediately became clear that he was batting for the other team and so was the hospital. They refused to even admit that I was injured at all.
The only way I could have won my case was if I was liar. At least then I could concentrate on something other than the constant pain. I simply could not defend myself from these unscrupulous folks. It was obvious from my first visit to the emergency room that I was in for a long hard life of pain and frustration.

In short, if you work and get hurt you better have a mattress full of money to pay for medical treatment as well as to live off of because Worker’s Compensation Insurance is a fraud.
Travelers Insurance is a rip off. They have plenty of money for a fancy building in Hartford CT and plenty to drive around a fleet of new white SUVs and to promote Golf.
Travelers Insurance is so crooked beware of them and for God sake don’t endanger yourself working for someone else.
It is important to know that you can not sue an employer with Worker’s Compensation Insurance coverage. That is really the whole scam. The Employer pays Worker’s Compensation Insurance just like a shop owner has to pay thugs for ”protection” The money is not used to help injured workers so beware.
It really isn’t me that I worry about. I worry more about my children who have a dad who cant even work or play ball or do much at all. Sometimes I try to do things but it leaves me in crippling pain.
